通过对软件外包项目(以对日外包为主)的开发流程的调查、分析和研究,从中提炼出适合三本院校软件工程专业学生的一套完整的实习实训流程和规范,并开发出基于WEB的可操作的实习实训系统平台。包括外包项目的启动、项目计划的编制、项目实施、项目质量管理和项目收尾。每个步骤都提供给学生完整的开发文档和样式书,达到软件开发与外包企业化实际操作相近的效果。

Based on the software outsoureing project investigation, analysis and research of the development process, extracted from software engineering for the college students of a complete set of training procedures and norms, and develop a training system platform op- eration based on WEB. Including outsoureing project launch, project planning, project implementation, project quality management and project closure. Each step is to provide students with a complete development of documents and style books, software development and out- sourcing enterprises to achieve the actual operation of similar results.
