摘要
OBE模式是当前工程教育改革的主流趋势,尤其适合应用型人才培养的需求。但是在推行OBE改革中往往无法回避传统教学模式的惯性,会不断面临着诸如学习成果界定的正当性、教师知识结构与OBE的适应性、模式设计与教学实务的配合性等问题。要实现相应的改革目标就要结合高校实际采取对策,充分讨论教育理念,形成改革共识;加强教师的针对性培育;明确目标整体性推进OBE改革的在地化。
OBE mode is the main trend in current reform of engineering education, and especially it is suitable for the needs of applied talents cultivation. However, in the implementation of OBE, we cannot avoid the inertia of traditional teaching mode and will face with many problems such as definition of the legitimacy of learning outcomes, the adaptability of teachers'knowledge structure to the OBE mode, the coordination between mode design and teaching practice and so on. In order to achieve the goal of this reform, we should take measures, discuss the education idea fully to form a reform common idea, strengthen the aiming cultivation of teachers and have a clear recognition of the goal integrality to promote the localization of OBE mode by combining the practical conditions of universities.
