Study on Non-standard Method of Determining Chemical Oxygen Demand

通过标准样品准确度和精密度的测试、实样方法比对实验,证明利用哈希化学需氧量测定仪,采用哈希原装试剂及自配试剂,实验室测定化学需量的非标方法实用可行;同时说明实验总结的配制预装试剂的方法,满足哈希化学需氧量测定仪的要求。

study on determining chemical oxygen demand（ COD） in water samples was compared between using the original reagents and self-prepared reagents with the U. S. EPA method 410. 4-1996（ using HACH digital reactor）. The results showed that the non-standard method was determined by testing the high concentration of standard samples,low concentrations of standard samples,and various practical water samples. According to the precision and accuracy of the results,it is shown that the method could meet the requirements of national standard.
