摘要
探讨了新媒体环境下用户体验的概念、特征以及影响用户体验的相关因素,分析用户体验服务与图书馆创新发展二者之间所蕴含的内在关联,提出图书馆开展用户体验服务措施,以期为图书馆服务创新提供借鉴参考。
This paper discusses the concept and characteristics of user experience in the new media environment and the related factors that affect the user experience. It analyzes the inherent relationship between the user experience service and the library innovation and development, puts forward the library user experience service measures with a view to provide reference for the library service innovation.
