Research about Smart Anti-terrorism Intelligence Service and Security Model Based on Top-level Design

[目的/意义]反恐怖行动是国家公共安全工作的重点内容之一。公共安全大数据的发展对现有的反恐情报服务提出了更高的要求,也为反恐情报提供了新的研究方向。[方法/过程]引入顶层设计理念,在反恐情报研究基础上构建基于网格技术的泛在化、智能化和协同化的智慧反恐信息系统,并探讨了系统架构内容及智慧反恐情报服务的保障机制。[结果/结论]智慧反恐情报服务解决了政府部门存在的信息孤岛问题,为我国安全部门提供有效借鉴。

[ Purpose/Significance ] Anti-terrorism action is one of important national public safety jobs. The development of big data in public safety sets higher demands on anti-terrorism intelligence service and also provides the new research direction of anti-terrorism intel- ligence. [ Method/Process] On the basis of anti-terrorism intelligence study, this paper introduces top-level design theory to construct a ubiquitous, intelligent and cooperative smart anti-terrorism information system based on grid technology, and discusses the components of this system as well as the security model of smart anti-terrorism. [ Result/Conclusion] Smart anti-terrorism information system has solved the problems of Information Island and provides effective reference to national security sector.
