“标准特征因子”“标准论文影响分值”与SNIP在跨学科评价中的相关性分析 被引量:16

摘要 [目的/意义]以JCR新增期刊评价指标"标准特征因子"的原理设计期刊相对学科的标准论文影响分值,分析标准特征因子、标准论文影响分值和SNIP在跨学科评价中的相关性,为指标的实际应用提供参考。[方法/过程]以JCR内学科规模迥异、学科间无交叉且学科本身交叉较少的4个学科为研究对象,使用Spearman等级秩相关分析标准特征因子、标准论文影响分值与SNIP在学科内和学科间对期刊排序的影响,使用JCR内的期刊分区,将入选的期刊分为4组,并分析各组间3指标的相关性。[结果/结论]在学科内和学科间,标准特征因子、标准论文影响分值与SNIP均呈显著正相关(均为P=0.000),标准论文影响分值与SNIP的相关系数均高于标准特征因子与SNIP的相关系数。分组评价结果示,标准特征因子、标准论文影响分值与SNIP在影响因子较低的一半期刊中对期刊的排序结果一致,标准论文影响分值在影响力最高的1/4期刊中也与SNIP对期刊的排序一致。相对于标准特征因子,标准论文影响分值与SNIP在学科内与学科间对期刊排序有更好的一致性。在实际应用中,要注意到标准特征因子与SNIP的评价差异性。 [ Purpose/Significance ] The calculation principle of normalized Eigenfactor, a new journal evaluation index in JCR, was used to design the normalized article influence score of periodical relative disciplines and analyze the correlation between the normalized Eigenfactor, normalized article influence score and SNIP in interdisciplinary evaluation. The results provide a reference for the practical applica- tion of these indexes. [ Method/Process] Taking four subjects in JCR as the research object, with the subjects chosen showing different scales, having no cross between them and limited cross-discipline in the subject itself, using journal of partition in the JCR, the research categorized the selected journals into 4 groups and analyzed the correlation between the 3 indexes of each group, the 3 indexes used included the Spearman rank correlation analysis of the influence of the periodical ordering of normalized Eigenfactor, normatized article influence score and SNIP on subjects within and between disciplines. [ Result/Conclusion] There were significant positive correlations between the normalized Eigenfactor, normalized article influence score and SNIP within a subject and between subjects ( all P =0.000), the correlation coefficient of the normalized article influence score and SNIP was higher than the normalized Eigenfactor and SNIP correlation coefficient. The results of the grouped evaluation showed that normalized Eigenfactor, normalized article influence score and SNIP were consistent with the ranking of half of the journals with low impact factors, the impact of the normalized article influence score in the most influential 1/4 periodicals was also consistent with the SNIP soIfing of journals. Compared to the normalized Eigenfactor, the normalized article influence score and the SNIP had better consistency with the journals ranking within and between the disciplines. In practice, the evaluation differ- ence between the normalized Eigenfactor and SNIP should be addressed.
