基于实践调研的产业技术联盟信息共享研究

Survey of Industry Technology Alliances' Information Based on Sharing Practices

[目的/意义]针对国内外10个不同发展阶段、不同学科领域的产业技术联盟的信息共享实践进行了调研,以期为国内产业技术创新战略联盟的信息共享提供参考。[方法/过程]主要采用相关文献及相关网站调研法,结合调研问卷及电话访谈方法,调研内容主要围绕信息共享渠道与方式、信息共享内容、信息共享平台、信息共享规律与特征等角度进行。[结果/结论]调研分析结果揭示了联盟信息共享的共同特征:产业联盟中不同属性的组织及处于不同发展阶段的产业联盟信息共享内容重点不同,不同属性的机构成员信息供需不同,联盟依据成员性质划分不同的信息共享权限,往往在一般性信息广泛共享基础上,采用多种渠道实现较机密信息的小范围共享。

[ Purpose/Significance] The information sharing practices of ten industries technology alliances which are at different developing stages and different fields were investigated and analyzed, the research was aimed to provide reference for information sharing construction of the emerging industry technology innovation strategy alliances. [ Method/Process] The research mainly used the method of reviewing literatures and websites of the alliances, also the method of questionnaire and telephone interview. It mainly investigated alliances ＇ organization model, composition of memberships, information sharing channels, sharing content and sharing platforms. [ Result/Conelu. sion ] It showed common characteristics of information sharing ： the alliances of different developing stages or different types share different information, information sharing demand and supply varies for different member types. Members have different information sharing access authority, the more secret information was shared among the limited members, the general information was shared more widely in alliance.
