海洋科技投入与海洋经济增长关联度及相对效率分析 被引量:3

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MARINE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INPUT AND ECONOMIC GROWTH OF MARINE RESEARCH

摘要 基于中国和中国沿海11省市2010~2014年海洋科技投入与海洋经济产值数据和2014年海洋科技投入与产出的统计数据,运用灰色关联分析法和DEA效率评价法,对海洋科技投入与海洋经济关联度及相对效率进行分析。结果表明:(1)中国和中国沿海11省市海洋科技投入与海洋经济增长之间均呈现明显的正向关系。(2)从中国全国来看,海洋科技经费投入与海洋经济增长关系更为密切;从中国沿海11省市来看,海洋科技人员投入与海洋经济增长较密切的省市为:天津、上海、浙江、福建、广西和海南,海洋科技经费投入与海洋经济增长较密切的省市为:河北、辽宁、江苏、山东和广东。(3)中国全国海洋科技投入DEA无效是由规模无效引起的,而中国沿海11省市海洋科技投入相对效率却存在较大的区域差异。 Statistical data, Chinese and Chinese 11 coastal provinces 2010 -2014 marine science and technology input and output data of marine economy and science and technology input and output based on the sea in 2014, using the method of grey correlation analysis and DEA efficiency evaluation method of marine science and technology investment and the economic correlation degree and relative efficiency analysis. The results show that: ( 1 ) there is a significant positive relationship between the input of marine science and technology and the growth of marine economy in 11 provinces and cities along the coast of china. (2) China from a national perspective, the relationship between science and technology funds offshore investment and ocean economy growth more closely; China from 11 coastal provinces, investment in science and technology personnel of marine and ocean economy growth close provinces: Tianjin, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangxi and Hainan, the sea ocean marine sci- ence and technology funding and economic growth close provinces: Hebei, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Shandong and Guangdong. (3) China's National Marine Science and technology investment DEA ineffective is caused by scale inefficiency, while the relative efficiency of marine science and technology input in China's 11 coastal provinces has great regional differences.
