摘要
近期,许多城市街头陆续出现了时尚的共享单车,切实解决了市民出行的"最后一公里"问题。然而据江苏省消费者协会发布的单车报告,当前江苏各地共享单车发挥了良好公共服务效用的同时,还存在着缺乏必要的管理规范、民意程序、教育引导以及日常监管等方面的突出问题。有必要采取尽快出台具体管理规范、广泛征求民众意见、加强单车使用教育引导以及强化单车使用日常监管等方面的对策措施,不断提高共享单车服务水平。
Recently, the fashionable sharing bicycles have emerged in the streets of many cities, and they effectively solve "the last mile problem of the public transportation". According to the investigation report released currently by Jiangsu Provincial Consumers Association, the sharing bikes around Jiangsu are playing a good public service utility, while there still exist some problems with the lack of the necessary management regulations, public opinion procedures, education & guide and daily supervision, etc.. It is necessary to take measures as soon as possible to make the management regulations, to solicit public opinions, to strengthen education and guidance and to strengthen the daily supervision about the use of bicycles, and constantly improve the service level of the sharing bikes.
