破解陕西区域发展不均衡难题研究

A Study on the Problem of Unbalanced Development in Shaanxi Province

近年来省委省政府持续实施的促进我省三大区域协调发展的政策措施,从不同方法进行的定量测算都表明我省三大区域发展差距缩小,但受地理、历史因素影响,发展差距依然存在。文章首先定性描述了经济新常态下,三大区域差距的具体表现,然后通过因子分析发现,区域不均衡的差距主要集中在基础设施与经济活力、经济结构及生活、经济发展三个方面,最后提出破解区域不均衡的着力点和发力点。

In recent years, the provincial government has continued to implement the policy measures to promote the coordinated development of the three regions in our province. Quantitative measurement from different methods shows that the gap between the three major regions in our province has narrowed, but influenced by the geographical and historical factors .The gap still exists. The article first qualitatively describes the spe- cific manifestations of the three regional differences under the new economic conditions. Then, through the factor analysis, the gap of the regional imbalance is mainly concentrat- ed on the three aspects of infrastructure and economic vitality, economic structure and life and economic development. The paper also points out the focus and force points of the regional imbalance.
