International science and technology cooperation is necessary in the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt, inheriting the civilization of Silk Road and carrying the reality of people＇s livelihood and welfare. As the new starting point of Silk Road Economic Belt, directed by the scientific path selection theory, international science and technology cooperation of Shaanxi should recognize its ad- vantages and disadvantages in the practice of cooperation, balance favorable technological resources along the silk road, innovate the path of international science and technology cooperation by means of strengthening large project cooperation, deepening humanities and technology exchanges, broadening technology financial system and building science and technology cooperation platform, in order to pro- vide institutional support for sustainable economic and social development of Shaanxi.
