摘要
一直以来,公务员培训评估都是各国政府关注的重要内容。在我国,公务员培训评估相对滞后,不同程度地存在重视不足、方法单一、流程不完善、机制不健全等问题。对此,我们需不断强化卓越创新理念、完善法规制度建设、综合运用多种评估方法、合理运用评估结果、建立健全培训评估长效激励机制,从而确保各项工作落到实处,取得实效。
The civil servants' training evaluation is an important content which is concerned by all government. In our country, the evaluation is relatively backward; there exists different degrees of issues, such as lack of attention, single method, imperfect processes, and incomplete mechanisms and so on. Therefore, we need constantly strengthen the concept of excellence innovation, improve the con- strnction of laws and regulations, comprehensively use various assessment methods, rationally use evaluation results, and establish and improve the training evaluation incentive mechanism, so as to ensure that all the work has been carried out for expected results.
