《中国制造2025》战略规划实施后,在新形势下对焊接自动化人才培养的模式提出了新的挑战。探讨新型的培养模式是政府、行业学会(协会)、专职培训机构、企业共同首要关注的任务,提出了一种新型的焊接自动化人才的培养模式,为今后培养焊接自动化人才提供了一个新的思路。

After the implementation of the strategic plan of 'made in China 2025',it puts forward a new challenge to the training mode of welding automation talents.On the cultivation of the new mode is the priority task for government,industry association,and professional training institutions.A new type of welding automation talents training mode was presented,and a new idea for the future training of welding automation talents was proposed.
