摘要
作为一种教学组织规范制度,教学评价一方面基于大学相关群体对大学教学本质和大学教师教学活动的理解,服从大学教学制度的"合法性机制",另一方面处于管理技术环境之中,满足"效率机制"的要求。面对教学评价中以行政管理为取向的效率机制的过度介入,协调和保持评价中两种机制的张力运行,尊重、呵护、维系合法性机制的制度基础,将对高校的教学和教师的教学行为产生深远的影响。
As a kind of teaching institutional system, teaching evaluation in the universi- ties is subject to the legitimacy system based on the understanding of teaching nature and fac- ulty teaching activities. On the other hand, it should meet the requirement of efficiency mechanism in management of technical environment. Facing the excessive intervention of ad- ministrative efficiency mechanism in the teaching evaluation, how to coordinate and balance these two mechanism as well as respect and maintain the institutional basis of legitimacy mechanism, will exert significant influence on the faculty teaching behavior in universities.
