Synergistic Relationship Among Subjects in Collaborative Supply System of Public Goods in Community

社区公共物品协同供给系统主体协同关系良性有序,对于促进系统内供给主体的互动关系、强化协同意愿、建构整体合作网络、明晰协同合作路径、保障协同行为高效、提升供给协同效能具有关键支撑作用。运用博弈论理论和方法,探究社区公共物品协同供给系统内"政府-企业-社会组织-居民"多元主体间的供给协同博弈关系,建立"囚徒困境"模型分析系统内供给企业主体间协同关系,提出实现系统内供给企业主体间协同供给达到最佳效果的对策;同时利用静态博弈分析,研究供给企业主体与政府间通过博弈如何实现共赢,进而分析提出如何利用博弈实现供给主体间的协同合作。进一步采用上海、北京的实例阐释社会组织、供给企业与居民之间的协同关系,并提出在系统内各主体间如何进行协同合作。

A virtuous and orderly synergistic relationship among subjects in the collaborative supply system of public goods in community plays a supporting role in promoting interaction, strengthening synergies, constructing the overall cooperation network, clearing cooperation path, protecting the efficient cooperation behavior, and enhancing the cooperation synergy of supply. This research with the game theory and methods,tries to explore the ＂government--en- terprise-social organization--residents＂ game relationship of supply synergy in the collaborative supply system of public goods in community among multiple subjects ,establishes the collaborative relationship among supply enterpri- ses in the ＂prisoner＇ s dilemma＂ model, and puts forward countermeasures to achieve the best effect of collaborative supply among enterprises. Moreover, it uses the static game analysis on how to achieve win-win through the game be- tween the supply enterprises and the government, and then analyzes how to use the game to achieve the supply synergy among the subjects. Using Shanghai and Beijing as examples,this paper also illustrates the synergistic relationship a- mong social organizations ,enterprises and residents ,and proposes how to cooperate with each other in the system.
