In the rapid development of information technology, modernization system has been inseparable from the effective use ot computers in our country. For the current era of organs and units, the effective computer management not only makes the economic efficiency of the unit to be a stable upgrade, but also optimizes the ability of overall management. In recent years, the development of organs and units showed a good informatization situation, and to a large extent also enhanced the competitiveness of the organs and units. This paper mainly discusses how to improve the ability of computer information management in the modern market development.
