东北地区空中交通流量管理工作的实施

Discussion on the implementation of air traffic flow management in Northeast China

随着我国民航航班量持续快速增长,机场及空域系统承载的空中交通运行压力愈发增大,航班延误现象频繁发生。为了更好地保证航班正常,东北空管局加强流量管理工作研究,完善了空中等待策略应用方法,修订了流量管理工作程序,增补了相关流量管理席位和岗位的工作职责,理顺了相邻管制单位的协调关系,保证飞行安全畅通。文章简要论述了东北地区空中交通流量管理工作的实施,并对未来发展规划提出一定建议。

With the continuous and rapid growth of Chinese civil aviation flights, the airport and airspace system carrying air traffic pressure is increasing, and flight delays occur frequently. In order to ensure the flight running normally, the Northeast Air Traffic Management Bureau strengthen the traffic management study, improve the air waiting method application strategy, revised the work flow management program, supplement the related flow management seats and job duties, straighten out the relationship between adjacent coordinate control unit, to ensure flight running safety and smooth. This paper briefly discusses the implementation of air traffic flow management in Northeast China and puts forward some suggestions on future development planning of it.
