摘要
皖西茶叶产地众多,茶叶产量丰富,由此孕育了一批茶叶初级市场。这些茶叶初级市场或分布于茶区之中,或分布于茶区附近,成为产区茶叶的主要汇集地。茶叶初级市场上的人员有茶农、茶贩、茶行、茶号等,但以茶农、茶商为主,他们构成茶叶产销的核心人员。茶叶初级市场交易的一般过程是茶农将采下的鲜叶制成毛茶,售给茶贩(茶贩的售茶对象仍然是茶号)或茶号(通过茶行居间),茶号将收购的茶叶经过焙烘、筛拣、包装,运往全国各地茶叶店或销地市场进行销售。茶叶初级市场与全国茶叶销地市场的有机联系,是茶叶产销得以顺利开展的基本条件,但这一有机联系在民国时期受到很大损害,最终影响到皖西茶叶经济的发展。
The origin of tea and tea production is numerous, rich, which has a number of primary tea market. These primary tea market distributed in the tea area, or in the vicinity of the tea area. These primary tea market has become a major gathering place. There are four sorts of people in the primary market, but farmers and merchants constitute the core of the tea production and marketing personnel. The general process of tea primary market transactions is the tea leaf made of tea, tea after baking, sorting, packaging, shipped across the country tea shop or the sales market for sale. Organic tea and tea in the primary market is the basic prerequisite for the smooth development of tea production, but the organic damage in the period of the Republic of China, and ultimately affect the development of the tea economy.
