用电解铝液生产8150铝合金扁锭的熔铸工艺

摘要 介绍了8150铝合金的特点、各元素的作用、合金扁锭的质量要求以及控制难度,通过配备料、电解铝液除碱、固液比选择、合金熔炼与精炼、化学成分优化、铸造工艺参数合理搭配以及在线除气除渣与晶粒细化等方面,探讨了采用电解铝液直接生产铝合金扁锭的短流程熔铸工艺。 The Characteristics of 8150 aluminium alloy, roles of the elements,quality requirements of the slab and its control difficulty were introduced,then the short flow melting & casting technology for producing 8150 aluminium alloy slab with electrolytic aluminium liquid was discussed according to burdening , removing alkaline of electrolytic aluminium liquid, ratio selection of solid and liquid, melting and refining of the alloy, optimization of chemical composition ,casting process parameters, on-line degassing and grain refinement, etc.
