基于新型城镇化建设的农村产业融合发展新思路

New Ideas on the Development of Rural Industry Based on New Urbanization

在阐述新型城镇化建设与农村产业发展关系的基础上,通过分析农村产业现状,剖析农村产业融合难的原因,探讨了新型城镇化框架下的农村产业融合发展新思路。研究发现,在新型城镇化建设中需要高度重视农村产业之间的协调融合发展。基于此,我们需要将造城与产业发展同步推进,产业支撑与"农"相结合,将农民的"上楼"与"就业"相结合,并发挥农户的主体角色作用来推动新型城镇化建设。

Based on the analysis of the relationship between the new urbanization and the development of rural industries, this paper analyzes the current situation of rural industry and the reasons of the integration of rural industries, and explores the new ideas of rural industry integration under the new urbanization framework. The study found that the new urbanization construction need to attach great importance to the coordinated development of rural industries. Based on this, the government needs to promote the development of the city with the industrial development, industry support and ＂agriculture＂, the farmers ＂upstairs＂ and ＂employment＂ and play the role of the main role of farmers to promote the new urbanization.
