中小企业已成为经济增长、扩大就业以及繁荣市场的重要经济主体。然而,融资难、融资贵等问题成为中小企业发展过程中的瓶颈。基于创业投资引导基金的特征并结合中小企业的融资条件,本文提出基于创业投资引导基金的中小企业融资模式,认为集群融资方式对中小企业融资有很强适用性,并阐述其运行机制。通过分析引导基金扶持中小企业创新过程中面临的主要问题,提出相应的应对策略,对解决中小企业的融资问题有一定指导意义。

SMEs have become important economic entities in promoting economic growth, expanding employment and prosperity.
