目前市场上的铝及铝合金除气机生产厂家多,型号各异,作为铝及铝合金除气机的关键零部件之一的转子也各有不同。这些转子除了结构设计不同之外,在材料使用方面也有不同,因此在性能参数、使用寿命及成本方面有较大的差异。本文介绍了目前市场普遍使用的几种典型铝及铝合金除气机的转子,并且分析了它们的优缺点,特别推荐了一种新型材料BTS转子。

In this paper, the rotors of several typical aluminium and aluminium alloy degassing machine are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of the rotors are analyzed. And a new type of material BTS rotor is recommended eventually.
