摘要 随着我国光伏电站发展建设规模的增大,部分光伏电站中光伏组件产品质量问题也逐渐突显。其中光伏组件寿命能否达到25年,成为了投资者关注的重要因素。笔者经过大量光伏发电站调研和分析发现,光伏组件功率下降的原因主要是组件质量问题和光伏系统设计或运行环境等问题。因此,为了保证光伏电站稳定运行,不但需要严格管控制造工艺,同时在施工和运营过程中也要严格执行运行维护规范。 With the development and the increasing of construction scale of photovohaic power stations in China, the quality of PV modules in some photovohaic power plants is gradually highlighted. Which it becomes an important factor concerning by investor whetherthe lifeof PV module can reach 25 years. After a large number of investigations and analyses of photovoltaic power station by the author, it is found that the quality of components, the design and operation environment of photovoltaic systems mainly caused the power efficiency decline of PV modules. Therefore, in order to ensure the stable operation of photovoltaic power plants, it should not only control the manufacturing process strictly, but also abide the norms of operation and maintenance rigorously during the construction and operation.
