摘要
利用调节风窗进行井下风量调节是矿井通风管理中的一个重要工作,对传统的风窗面积确定方法进行了分析与比较,提出了基于调节风量风窗面积确定的实验方法,并对其中一种巷道类型进行现场实验。实验结果表明:在同类型巷道风量调节中,基于风量确定的调节风窗面积能够满足巷道所需风量的要求,其误差能控制在5%以内,且能达到相关的安全要求。
Using the orifice area to adjust the airflow in mine is an important work. In this paper, analyzing and comparing the traditional method of determining the orifice area, and a new determination method of orifice area based on adjusting ventilation amount was presented, after analysis of the traditional determination method and one of the types of roadway for field experiment. The experimental results show that the adjust area of orifice area based on adjusting ventilation amount can meet the requirements of the roadway, in the same type roadway. The error can be controlled within 5%, and can meet the requirement of safety.
