大黄红藤消炎方对急性胰腺炎患者炎性因子及临床疗效的影响

The affects of Dahuang Hongteng anti-inflammatory decoction on the inflammatory factor and therapeutic effect in patients with acute pancreatitis

目的探讨大黄红藤消炎方对急性胰腺炎患者血清炎性因子及临床效果的影响。方法收集哈励逊国际和平医院救治的100例急性胰腺炎患者,采用随机对照设计原则,将100例患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各组50例。对照组采取常规治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用大黄红藤消炎方,疗程7d。治疗前及治疗7d后分别测定两组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、IL-6水平,并记录两组患者腹痛、腹胀改善时间与住院时间,评价临床疗效。结果试验组患者血清中TNF-α、IL-8、IL-6水平降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),腹痛、腹胀缓解时间及住院时间较对照组缩短,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗方法的基础上加用大黄红藤消炎方能有效抑制急性胰腺炎患者炎性细胞因子的释放,缩短患者腹痛、腹胀改善时间及住院时间。

Objective To explore the affects of Dahuang Hongteng anti-inflammatory decoction on the flammatory cytokines in serum and the therapeutic effect in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods Totally 100 patients with acute pancreatitis from the Hospital were enrolled in this study,they were randomly allocated into control group（n=50）and experimental group（n=50）.Control group received conventional treatment for 7days,experimental group were perfoemed with Dahuang Hongteng anti-inflammatory decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.TNF-α,IL-8,IL-6levels were detected before and after treatment in each group,and the time of symptom soothing of abdominal pian and abdominal distension and hospital stay were observed after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated in the two groups.Results Compared to the control group,TNF-α,IL-8,IL-6flammatory cytokines levels in experimental group were significantly lower（P〈0.05）,and the time of symptom soothing of abdominal pian and abdominal distension and hospital stay was significantly shorter（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Dahuang Hongteng anti-inflammatory decoction combined with conventional treatment could control the release of flammatory cytokines and shorten the time of abdominal pian,abdominal distension and hospital stay of patients with acute pancreatitis.
