柴油机机油压力温度传感器故障分析与改进

Failure Analysis and Improvement on Oil Pressure and Temperature Sensor of Diesel Engine

本文结合某型柴油机机油压力温度传感器故障案例,通过对传感器进行特性检测、振动分析、装机复试,以及借助X光检测,实物拆检分析等一系列措施,由浅及深地剖析并最终确定了问题的根本原因,提出改进优化方案,为发动机上其他传感器的故障分析提供了参考。

Based on diesel engine of oil pressure and temperature sensor, through the study of the characteristics of the sensor, vibration analysis, installation retest, as well as dismantling and physical analysis by means of X-ray inspection, the cause of the problem was found and improve- ment scheme was also put forward, the suggestions in this paper can provide help and reterence for similar problems.
