摘要
文章通过回顾德国装配式混凝土建筑的发展历程,着重关注住宅紧缺时期前后的技术路线的转变,以及其在社会学层面所导致的问题。文章的目的是以史为鉴,为我国装配式混凝土技术介绍其历史来源,吸取过往教训,启发发展方向。
This article provide a brief review of the development of Plattenbau in Germany, especially focus on the technique transition during and after the housing shortage, as well as the sociology aspect of Plattenbau Siedlung. The Purpose of this historical review is to provide the historical background of the current pre-cast concrete technology in China, reminding the lessons of development in the past, inspiring the potential development in the future.
