基于遥感的天津市郊区土地利用变化特征研究

Characteristics of Land Use Change in Suburbs of Tianjin Based on Remote Sensing

2000年以来,天津市郊区土地利用变化特征显著。本文运用RS和GIS技术,对天津市郊区土地利用数据进行提取和解译,并在此基础上以建设用地的发展特征为研究主体,对建设用地总体数量变化特征,各类土地利用数量变化特征以及各类土地利用相互转化关系进行详细研究。研究结论为:天津市郊区建设用地大幅扩张,增长过程经历了快速(2000-2010)以及减缓(2010-2015)两阶段,水域和其他用地不断减少;其中2005-2010土地利用变化更为活跃,而建设用地大面积增加主要来源于耕地为主的其他用地。农村居民点用地则在小幅增加后不断减少。

Since 2000, the characteristics of land use change in suburbs of Tianjin are remarkable. In this paper, RS and GIS are used to extract and interpret land use data in Tianjin suburbs. Based on the construction characteristics of the development of the research subject, the overall number of construction land changes, changes in the number of features and various types of land use conversion relationshipare studied in detail. The conclusions are as follows： the construction land of Tianjin suburbs is expanded greatly. The growth process has undergone rapid（2000-2010） and slow（2010-2015） two stages, with waters and other sites declining steadily. During the 2005-2010 year period, land use change became more active, while construction land increased largely, mainly from other land based on cultivated land. Rural residential land has been decreasing after a small increase.
