The Strategies of Preservation and Regeneration of Industrial Heritage in Post-Industrial Age

随着我国由工业型社会逐步向服务型社会过渡,工业遗产在城乡发展中的保护与再生问题面临巨大挑战。文章从工业遗产的含义和价值出发,整理了中外工业遗产保护更新研究的溯源与现状。通过分析工业遗产的特点,结合国外经典工业遗产保护更新案例,提出了四个工业遗产保护性再利用的策略。

With the trend that our industrial society is in the gradual transition to a service-oriented society, the preservation and regeneration of industrial heritage in China are being seriously challenged. The paper first analyses the explanation and the value of the industrial heritage. Then it concludes the history and the present situation of the study. Through analyzing the feature of the industrial heritage, the paper suggests 4 strategies of preserving and regenerating the heritage.
