The construction of learning-type party organizations is an important part of party construction in the new age. Owing to the close relationship between large numbers of student party members and their party organs as important part of CPC＇s grass-root organizations, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to give full play to those grass-root party organs as strong bastions in the construction of learning-type party organizations by analyzing the problems and difficulties in the process and innovating working style in practice.
