Rearch on Renovation for Elderly in City Existing Communities Based on Post-Occupancy Evaluation——Take the Harmony Community in Hang Zhou for Example

社区居家养老是我国大多数老年人的养老方式,对既有社区进行适老化改造是满足老年人居家养老的重要途径之一。实施适老化改造需要从多方位了解项目的信息,通过文献研究,建立既有社区适老化改造使用后评价模型,围绕住房条件、公共服务、交通组织、活动场所和景观空间等指标对杭州和睦社区适老化改造进行分析,提出既有社区适老化改造的重点及相关策略。

Since community home care is the choicemostly for the elderly in China, the renovation for elderly in the existing communities is one of the important ways to meet their needs. Implementing the renovation requires all kinks of information about the project. Based on the literature review, amodel of postevaluation of users of the renovation for elderly in existing community was built, and these indexes such as housing condition, public service, traffic organization, activity place and landscape space in Hangzhou Harmonious Community are analyzed. Then the key points and relevant strategies of the renovation for elderly in theexisting community were put forward.
