摘要
目的观察以太冲为主穴的不同经穴配伍针刺对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压的调节效应,探讨不同经穴配伍对经穴效应的影响。方法将96只SHR大鼠随机分为模型组、非穴组、太冲组、内关组、太溪组、蠡沟组、光明组、太冲配非穴组、太冲配内关组、太冲配太溪组、太冲配蠡沟组和太冲配光明组,共12组,每组8只。毫针刺入相应穴位后,留针30min,每天1次,连续15天;模型组同法固定,不予针刺。各组大鼠分别在针刺前以及针刺15天后,采用大鼠尾动脉无创测量法测量收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)。结果针刺15天后,太冲配内关组SBP[(192.52±6.76)mm Hg],低于太冲组[(209.48±6.94)mm Hg]和内关组[(208.98±5.30)mm Hg];太冲配内关组DBP[(147.14±10.76)mm Hg],低于太冲组[(156.60±8.31)mm Hg]和内关组[(155.45±9.95)mm Hg],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各配穴组SBP,太冲配内关组[(192.5±6.76)mm Hg]、太冲配太溪组[(196.73±10.02)mm Hg]、太冲配光明组[(195.87±8.97)mm Hg],均低于太冲配非穴组[(212.71±7.57)mm Hg],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除模型组与非穴组外,其余各组大鼠SBP和DBP均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺以太冲为主穴的不同经穴配伍对SHR血压的调节效应优于其他单穴及配穴组;针刺产生降压效应需要一定的治疗时长,针刺15天对SHR具有良好的降压效应。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture with Taichong(LR3) as the major point plus different acupointson blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) and to explore the correlation between the effect of acupuncture and acupoints compatibility. Methods Ninety-six SHR rats were divided into model group,non-point group, Taichong(LR3) group, Neiguan(PC6) group, Taixi(KI3) group, Ligou(LR5) group, Guangming(GB37) group, Taichong(LR3) plus non acupoint group, Taichong(LR3) plus Neiguan(PC6) group, Taichong(LR3)plus Taixi(KI3) group, Taichong(LR3) plus Ligou(LR5) group,Taichong(LR3) plus Guangming(GB37) group, with8 rats in each group. Acupuncture for 30 min, once a day, in a total of 15 times consecutively; model group was without acupuncture. Before acupuncture and on Day 15, the systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) were measured via tail vein of the rat. Results On Day 15 both of the SBP and DBP of rats in LR3 plus PC6 group was lower than LR3 group and PC6 group[SBP:(192.52±6.76)mm Hg vs(209.48±6.94)mm Hg,(208.98±5.30)mm Hg]; [DBP:(147.14±10.76)mm Hg vs(156.60±8.31)mm Hg,(196.73±10.02)mm Hg; allP〈0.05];The SBP and DBP of LR3 plus KI3 group was lower than LR3 group; The SBP of LR3 plus LR5 group was lower than LR3 group and LR5 group; The SBP of LR3 plus GB37 group was lower than LR3 group and GB37 group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The SBPs of LR3 plus PC6 group [(192.52±6.76)mm Hg], LR3 plus KI3 group [(196.73±10.02)mm Hg] and LR3 plus GB37 group [(195.87±8.97)mm Hg] were lower than that of LR3 plus non-point group[(212.71±7.57)mm Hg], with a statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Except for model group and non-point group, other acupoint groupshad significant lower SBP and DBP after treatment compared with before treatment(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of anti-hypertension in SHR on selecting taichong(LR3) as the major point plus different acupointscompatibility is superior to other single acupoint groups; the anti-hypertension effect of acupuncture requires a certain duration of treatment, acupuncture for 15 days has a good anti-hypertensive effect.
