摘要
目的:探讨五指毛桃水提物的抗衰老活性,为日后的合理用药提供科学依据。方法:采用D-半乳糖皮下注射法制备小鼠亚急性衰老模型,以不同浓度的五指毛桃水煎灌胃观察20天,并与空白对照组及衰老模型组比较,测定五指毛桃对血清自由基代谢指标-超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,初步分析其抗衰老作用。结论:五指毛桃水提液具有提升亚急性衰老小鼠T-SOD活性,降低亚急性衰老小鼠MDA含量的作用,给药各组与衰老模型组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
To observe the Anti-aging activity of the extraction of Radix Fici Simplicissimae. Method：The sub acute aging mice model by D-galactose were given the extracts of Radix Fici Simplicissimaevia i.g. gtt. After 20 days, the colorimetric method was used to determine the enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase（SOD）,and the cellular content of malondialdehyde（MDA）. Results：Aqueous extract of Radix Fici Simplicissimae could improve the activities of SOD, and decrease the contents of MDA. There was a signifi cant difference between each group and the aging model group（P〈0.05）.Conelusiou： Radix Fici Simplicissimae have good anti-aging effect in rats.
