复合微生态制剂对肉鸡生长性能的影响

Effect of Compound Probiotics to Growth Performance of Broilers

本试验在肉鸡基础日粮中添加复合微生态制剂Q600-400，观察肉鸡生长性能、肠道微生物及免疫器官变化。结果表明：复合微生态制剂Q600-400能够显著提高肉仔鸡日增重（P〈0．05），显著降低料重比、腹泻率和致死率（P〈0．05），还可显著提高鸡肠道中乳酸菌数量（P〈0．05），显著降低肠道中大肠杆菌数（P〈0．05），且提高脾脏指数（P〉0．05），显著提高法氏囊指数（P〈0．05）。

The test was about compound probiotics added in class basal diet of broilers, broil- ers growth performance, the changes of enteric microorganism and immune organs were observed. The results showed that： compound probiotics could significantly improve amount of Lactobacillus in broiler intestinal （P 〈0.05 ）, significantly reduce the number of E. coli in the intestinal （P 〈 0.05） , but also could significantly improve the daily gain of broilers （P〈0.05） , significantly re- duce feed-weight ratio, and improve spleen index （P〉0.05） , significantly increase bursal index （ P 〈0.05 ）.
