摘要
针对铅阳极泥氧化渣酸浸-熔炼处理过程存在的酸浸渣率过大、还原熔炼炉料难熔化的问题,进行了工艺优化研究,降低了酸浸渣率,提高了还原炉寿命,同时大大降低了生产成本。
In view of the problem that the acid leaching residue yield in acid leaching-smelting process for oxidizing slag of lead anode slime is too high and the feed melting of reduction furnace is difficult, study is carried out on the process optimization, which can lower the acid leaching residue yield, improve the reduction furnace life and greatly reduce the production cost.
