摘要 烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors,n ACh Rs)是配体门控离子通道蛋白,广泛分布于中枢和外周神经系统,在神经元和非神经元细胞中表达,参与各种生理反应。其亚型α7nAChR的抗炎及神经保护作用日益受到关注,被认为是一个潜在的治疗神经系统疾病和炎症的作用靶点。本文总结了α7nAChR在神经系统及非神经系统的分布和表达,在免疫反应中的作用(胆碱能抗炎通路),以及神经保护作用,并指出小胶质细胞α7nAChR可作为抗炎通路治疗靶点。 Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors(n ACh Rs),a ligand gating ion channel protein,are widely distributed in the central and peripheral nervous system. They expresse in neuronal and non-neuronal cells,and involve in various physiological responses. The anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects of its subtype α7nAChR have received increasing attention as a potential target for the treatment of neurological diseases and inflammation. In this paper,a summarizing was made about the distribution and expression of α7nAChR in the nervous system and non-nervous system,conclude the role in the immune response(cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway) and neuroprotective effects of it,and note that microgliaα7nAChR inflammatory pathway as a therapeutic target.
