蒲参益智胶囊对缺血性脑卒中的康复作用及其机制

The effect and mechanism of Pushen Yizhi capsule (PSYZC)on ischemic stroke

目的探讨中药蒲参益智胶囊对缺血性脑卒中的作用及机制。方法临床采用随机对照的方法,观察蒲参益智胶囊对缺血性脑卒中肢体活动功能、语言功能、思维记忆功能等的影响。实验研究采用灌胃法,观察不同剂量对小鼠血清LPO、SOD含量、小鼠脑组织SOD和MDA含量、胸腺和脾脏指数、耐缺氧时间、脑缺氧神经症状、脑缺氧梗死灶及免疫功能的影响。结果临床观察组患者的各项功能有明显改善,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05),患者血液流变及细胞流变学各项指标较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。实验结果表明,不同剂量灌胃组小鼠的各项观察指标均有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论蒲参益智胶囊可改善缺血性脑卒中肢体活动障碍、语言功能障碍和记忆功能。其机制在于改善脑缺血、促进新生毛细血管增生、提高耐缺氧能力和增强免疫能力等。

Objective To investigate the effects and mech an ism of Pushen Yizi copsule(PSYZC)on ischemic stroke patients.Method patients were randomly divided into object group and control group.We ob served the effe ctive of(PSYZC)on extremity motor function,language function,performance of memory in i schemic stroke patients.Experimen t investigation used perfuson.Th e e fficacy of different dosage(PSYZC)were determined by the levels LPO and SO D in serum,the levels of SOD and MDA in brain,thymus exponent and spleen expon ent,cerebral ischemic response,cerebral infarc tion and immunological function .Result All marker of object group was improv ed(P<0.05).all marker of rats model was improved(P<0.05).Conclusion PuShen YiZi capsule can impro ve extr emity motor function,language function and performance of memory by imp roving c erebral ischemia,arising power of s tand hypoxia and reinforcing immun ological function.
