大数据时代馆长专业素养对高校图书馆发展水平的关键性研究

Research on the key role played by the professional qualities of curators in the development of university libraries in the era of big data

笔者在图书馆工作22年,历经了图书馆事业发展的各个阶段,领略了六任馆长风格,在图书馆不同岗位工作中有所体会和感悟,对大数据时代下高校图书馆馆长应具备的专业素养有一些粗浅的思考,指出馆长专业素养是决定高校图书馆发展水平的关键因素。

The author has worked in the libraries for 22 years, during which six curators have witnessed the development of the libraries. Based on the experience gained in different positions, the author comes to understand the professional qualities of the curators of the university libraries must have in the era of the big data. This article holds the view that the professional qualities of the curator plays a key role in the development of university libraries.
