物流执行系统项目质量管理中的计划与控制研究

对于物流执行系统项目管理,国内大部分企业仍基于经验的项目管理,没有有效的计划和管控的方法。随着项目需求的复杂度提高,系统的项目规模扩大,系统的功能模块增加,系统项目管理成为一个复杂的课题。文章通过对于项目质量管理模型中四大支柱的分析,将项目质量管理中的项目目标指定,项目规划,质量设计,执行质量保证和实施质量控制有效融入公司IT项目的流程管理中,并总结出对于企业内部IT项目的质量管理的模型。

Most of the domestic enterprises still manage the logistics implementation system based on the experience without effective planning and control methods. As the projects become more complex, the scale of the system widens and the function modules of the system increases, the system project management has become a complex subject.This article integrates the project objectives, project planning, quality design, execution quality assurance and execution quality control of project quality management into the process management of IT projects of the company through the analysis of the four pillars in the project quality management model. A model for quality management of IT projects within an enterprise is summarized in this article.
