Innovative and entrepreneurial personnel training mode research based on the concept of “two-way education”

创新创业教育的思想和方法贯穿于自主教育模式的教学和实践中。文章在分析和借鉴了国内外大学的创新创业教育现状的基础上,根据培育创新创业人才的总体目标,提出始终践行"教学相长"的理念,积极主动地调整和改进创新创业教育方式,不断探讨形成师生良性互动的人才培养模式。

The ideas and methods of innovation and entrepreneurship education are applied in the teaching and practice of autonomous education mode. On the basis of analyzing and drawing on the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, according to the overall goals of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents, this article puts forward the idea of always practicing ＂two-way education＂ and encourages the adjustment and improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship education mode and explores the interactive talent cultivation mode where the teachers and students from each other.
