摘要
文章对118名本硕连读研究生进行心内科临床实习教学,探讨循证医学思维与PBL病案分析法结合在心内科临床教学中的作用。结果发现加入循证医学思维提高PBL病案分析法的教学效果优于未将循证医学思维引入PBL病案分析法的教学效果。将循证医学思维引入PBL教学法对提高心内科临床教学质量、促进教改具有积极意义,应作为心内科临床教学的常规方法。PBL教学法与循证医学思维相结合解决了PBL病案分析与由发射性思维到聚合性思维的转变,明显提高PBL病案分析的教学质量。
This paper explores the role of evidence-based medicine thinking and PBL case analysis in the clinical teaching of cardiology in 118 clinical trials of cardiology. The results show that the teaching effect of PBL can be improved by adding evidence-based medicine thinking, and its teaching effect is better than that of introducing evidence-based medical thinking into PBL case analysis. The introduction of evidence-based medical thinking into PBL teaching method improves the quality of clinical teaching of cardiology and promote the reform. Therefore, it should be used as clinical practice of cardiology clinical teaching. It solves the PBL case analysis and the transition from divergent thinking to convergent thinking and significantly improves the quality of teaching PBL case analysis.
