摘要
目的:通过对西安医药企业进行实地调研,寻求近年来制药工程专业毕业率和医药企业录用率失衡的原因。方法:采用问卷调查法,从医药企业对专业人才的学历、能力要求及能为毕业生提供的就业岗位等方面展开调查。结果:企业需要较多的通用型人才,更注重毕业生社会阅历、实践能力、工作态度等。结论:提高毕业生的就业率关键是加强学生综合能力培养和完善人才培养方案。
Objective: To find out the reasons for the imbalance between the graduation rate of pharmaceutical engineering specialty and the admission rate of pharmaceutical enterprises in recent years through the field research of Xi'an pharmaceutical enterprises. Method: Questionnaires are used to investigate the qualifications of qualified personnel, the ability requirements and the jobs offered to graduates by pharmaceutical enterprises. Result: Enterprises need more general talents and pay more attention to the social experience, practical ability, work attitude of graduates. Conclusion: The key to improving the employment rate of graduates is to strengthen the comprehensive ability of students and cultivate and improve the personnel training program.
