摘要
图书馆战略管理能力是实现图书馆长期可持续发展的重要基础。基于战略管理理论和能力结构理论,分析图书馆战略管理能力的组成要素以及结构。图书馆战略管理能力结构主要由六个维度构成,在此基础上可以进一步分为十六个子要素。这些子要素为制定图书馆战略管理能力评价指标体系提供了依据,而科学合理的能力评价可以有效提升图书馆战略管理能力。
Strategy management capability plays an important role for scientific development for library. Based on the theory of strategic management and capability structure,this paper analyzes the elements and structure of library strategic management capability. The structure of the library＇s strategic management capacity is mainly composed of six dimensions. Meanwhile,it is divided into sixteen factors. These factors can be transformed into strategic management capability evaluation indicators for library,and promote the strategy management capability of library.
