摘要
以辽宁省高校图书馆员为调查样本,结合MBI-GS量表进行问卷调查,从情绪衰竭、人格解体、成就感低落三个维度来分析不同职称样本馆员职业倦怠的现状。并利用重要度计算方法评价了影响不同职称高校图书馆员职业倦怠的因素,以期为预防、缓解高校图书馆员职业倦怠提供理论依据和支持。
Taking university librarians in Liaoning province as survey samples,this paper makes questionnaire investigations combined with the MBI-GS questionnaire,analyses the present situation of job burnout of university librarians with different professional titles from emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment. It evaluates some factors that affect the job burnout of university librarians with different professional titles by using the method of importance calculation,in order to provide theoretical basis and support for the prevention and mitigation of university librarians' job burnout.
