三维滚轮在飞行人员前庭功能稳定性选拔中的应用评价 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨电动三维滚轮在飞行人员前庭功能选拔中的作用。方法对20名飞行人员分别进行转椅90 s和三维滚轮5 min的测试,观察在此过程中被试者的血压、心率、心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)和呼吸等各项生理指标,并依据症状和主诉对其前庭功能进行评级并对比两者通过率。结果相较于转椅测试,飞行人员在三维滚轮测试过程中的心率显著升高,LFn显著降低,HFn显著升高,LF/HF明显降低(P<0.05)。二者前庭自主神经稳定性分级结果一致,合格率均为95%。结论电动三维滚轮可以用于飞行人员前庭功能稳定性的选拔。 Objective To investigate the effect of electrical 3D gyro wheel( 3D vestibular function trainer) on the selection of pilot vestibular function. Methods Twenty pilots were treated with both 3D vestibular function trainer for 5 min and rotating chairs for 90 s respectively. The physiological indexes such as blood pressure,heart rate,heart rate variability and respiration of the subjects were observed in each process. The vestibular function of each subject was rated according to his symptoms and complaints. The physiological parameters and heart rate variability were observed in this process,then vestibular function was ranked according to the symptoms and complaints of the pilots and the qualified rate was compared between the two methods. Results Compared 3D gyro wheel with the rotating chairs test,the heart rate and HFn of the pilots were significantly increased,LFn and LF/HF were significantly reduced( P〈0. 05). The qualified rates of vestibular function stability were both 95%. Conclusion The 3D vestibular function trainer can be used for the selection of the stability of the vestibular function of pilots.
