仿牛仔风格针织成形面料的创新设计

Innovative Design of Knitted Fabr ic with Imitation J eans Style

针对仿牛仔风格针织成形面料的设计进行创新研究,主要分为纱线选择、组织结构设计和图案设计3方面。纱线选择分别从常规纱线和新型纱线进行分析;组织结构设计以常规牛仔面料的组织为研究对象,进行仿斜纹组织、仿破斜纹组织、仿平纹组织设计;图案设计则分别从仿牛仔人字纹、字母印花图案、几何拼接图案进行创新研究。通过仿牛仔风格针织成形面料的设计研究,为其仿牛仔风格提出一些创新性思路和观点。

The knitted fabric with imitation denim style in terms of yarn selection, structure design and pattern design were designed in this paper. Selection of conventional yarns and new yarns were analyzed separately. Taking the regular jeans fabric＇s organization structure as the research object, the imitation design of twill, broken twill and plain were carried out. The pattern design were innovated study from imitation jeans herringbone, letter printing patterns and geometric stitching patterns. Though the design studies of knitted fabric with imitation jeans style, it provides innovative ideas and opinions for the imitation jeans style design.
