摘要
为探究扑尔敏对绿豆、波斯菊种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,以绿豆及波斯菊种子为材料,在(20±1)℃条件下,用0,40,80,20,160,200,240,280 mg·L^(-1)的扑尔敏分别浸泡绿豆种子24 h,用0,20,40,60,80,100 mg·L^(-1)的扑尔敏分别浸泡波斯菊种子16 h,取出种子后,测定绿豆及波斯菊种子萌发过程中发芽势、发芽率以及萌发后植株的各形态指标。结果显示,扑尔敏水溶液浸种能有效地提高绿豆及波斯菊种子的发芽率,还能促进绿豆及波斯菊茎与根系的生长。其中以120 mg·L^(-1)的扑尔敏处理绿豆和40 mg·L^(-1)的扑尔敏处理波斯菊后的效果最为显著。
In order to study the effect of chlorpheniramine on seed germination and seedling growth of mung bean and cosmos, mung bean and cosmos seed were used as materials, soaked mung bean seeds 24 h with 0, 40, 80, 120, 160, 200, 240, 280 mg. L-1 ehlor- pheniramine solution, respectively, and soaked cosmos bean seeds 16 h with 0, 20,40, 60,80, 100 mg·L^-1 chlorpheniramine solution, respectively. The germination potential, germination rate and the morphological indexes of the plants after germination were deter- mined. The results showed that the soaking solution of chlorpheniramine aqueous solution could effectively increase the germination rate of mung bean and cosmos, but also promote the growth of mung bean and bulb stem and root. The effect of 200 mg. L^-l chlor- pheniramine treated with mung bean and 40 mg· L^-1 chloroheniramine were the most significant.
