甘肃省兰州市未利用地综合开发效益评价

Benefit Evaluation on Unused Land Development of Lanzhou City of Gansu Province

兰州市低丘缓坡沟壑等未利用地综合开发利用试点工作已开展近5年,本文从生态环境改善、地质灾害治理、土地利用与耕地保护、精准扶贫和城市发展空间拓展等5个方面进行全面总结和评价。结果表明,兰州市未利用地综合开发试点项目实施的综合效益显著,为我国西部黄土梁峁沟壑区山地城市生态治理和新型城镇化建设提供了一种新模式和新典范,今后可在类似低丘缓坡黄土沟壑区推广复制。

The pilot work on unused land in Lanzhou city has been carried out for nearly five years, and the paper summarized and e- valuated it comprehensively from five aspects of ecological environment improvement, geological disasters, land use and farmland pro- tection, poverty alleviation and space expansion of urban development. The evaluation results showed that the comprehensive benefit of the pilot project of comprehensive utilization of unused land in Lanzhou was remarkable, and it provided a new mode and a new model for the ecological management and construction of new urbanization of China＇s Western Loess Hilly City gully area. In the fu- ture, it could be replicated in loess gully areas which were similar to low hill slopes.
