PPTA/PSf原位共混合成过程中PPTA分子量的控制

摘要 采用原位共混合成法在聚砜(PSf)/N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)体系中合成刚性高分子聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPTA),制备出PPTA/PSf原位共混铸膜液.FT-IR结果表明,在PSf/NMP体系中成功合成了PPTA.通过考察PPTA/PSf共混比、聚合物含量、助溶剂浓度和酸吸收剂浓度对在PSf/NMP体系中合成的PPTA分子量的影响,确定了一系列提高PPTA分子量的影响因素. Poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide) (PPTA) was synthesized by in-situ blending method in the polysulfone/N-methyl pyrrolidone system (PSf/NMP), and the PPTA/PSf in-situ blending cast solution was obtained. FT-IR indicated that the PPTA was successfully synthesized in the PSf/NMP system. The effect of PPTA/PSf blending ratio, polymer content, cosolvent concentration and acid absorber concentration on the molecular weight of PPTA synthesized in the PSf/NMP systemwas investigated, and the influence factors of improving the molecular weight of PPTA were confirmed.
