摘要
目前水泥行业涌现出许多具有明显节能减排效果的单项技术。文章从技术间的关联特性出发,基于单项技术之间的优势互补或功能增强特点,提出了5种水泥行业节能减排技术的集成示范模式,即水泥生产智能控制技术与信息化系统,水泥窑协同处置污水污泥与富氧燃烧技术,水泥窑协同处置生活垃圾与生产智能控制技术,水泥窑协同处置废弃物、旁路放风、余热发电技术,水泥SNCR+SCR联合脱硝技术,并分别以案例分析的形式对集成技术效果进行了探讨。
New and emerging technologies in the cement industry have promoted energy saving and emission reduction recently. On the basis of the association between characteristics of each technology, this article discusses the probability to integrate each other's advantages and remedy the defects. Intergrated models of 5 kinds of cement industrg energy saving and emission reduction technology are put forward,including the intelligent control system integrated with information management system, sewage and sludge co-processing integrated with the oxygen enrichment combustion technology in cement kilns,household waste co-processing integrated with the intelligent control system in cement kilns ,waste co-processing integrated with the by-passing and waste heat regenerating electricity system in cement kilns and SNCR integrated with SCR technology. Five corresponding cases are used to demonstrate the integration effects.
